Solutions we offer

User Research

User interviews

I conducted user interviews with individuals interested in sustainable fashion to understand their daily challenges. Participants highlighted struggles with tracking what they own, styling pieces sustainably, and navigating greenwashed information. These insights helped refine Closet Compass’s core features and ensured the app directly supports real user needs.

User Surveys

User surveys revealed consistent needs around better wardrobe organization, clearer sustainable guidance, and motivation to reuse existing clothing. These insights helped validate assumptions and prioritize core features for Closet Compass.

Affinity Mapping

I used affinity mapping to synthesize insights from interviews and surveys, grouping user comments into clear themes such as wardrobe clarity, sustainable guidance, and motivation to reuse clothing. This process highlighted the strongest user needs and directly informed the app’s feature direction.

Logo

Our logo reflects this mission at its core. Formed from the initials C and C, the mark subtly shapes itself into a modern compass—symbolizing direction, clarity, and purposeful style. At the center, a leaf-tipped compass arrow points the way forward, representing sustainability, renewal, and the idea that ethical fashion doesn’t have to compromise elegance.
